DJI Reveal Osmo Pocket 4K Camera Gimbal

DJI Reveal Osmo Pocket 4K Camera Gimbal

We here at eTeknix are pretty big fans of the products that DJI produce. With a specialisation in-camera stabilisation, they offer a lot of products to suit many budgets and requirements. We recently had an up close (and hands-on) go with many of their products including the Mobile 2 (which we were exceptionally impressed with).

Well, in a report via The Verge, DJI has just revealed their latest products. For those who take their active camera work seriously, it’s definitely going to be worth consideration.

Osmo Pocket

The Osmo Pocket is a tiny 4K video camera that comes with their stabilisation technology built in. In other words, the camera is capable of maintaining a level and smooth recording angle, no matter how jittery your hands are or how active your recording at the time is. Standing at just over 4″ tall, the product is designed to produce high-quality recording while being convenient enough to easily stow in your pocket.

Features!

The Osmo Pocket includes the following features;

  • Three-axis gimble
  • 1/2.3-inch sensor.
  • 4k recording at 60fps (100Mpbs) – 30fps option available to extend memory for up to 2-hours recording.
  • 12-megapixel still camera function.
  • Dual microphones
  • Touchscreen control.

With a price tag of around £329, it isn’t cheap. Then again, this is certainly a very impressive package. If you film a lot on the go, or perhaps want that nice touch to your home recording videos, this is definitely a great option to consider. You can check out the official website in the link here!
