DLSS 3 Can Be Added To Forza Motorsport With Simple DLL File Swap

Forza Motorsport has acceptable performance and most of the time it holds a smooth frame rate though it does have severe drops in some situations. The nature of the game doesn’t demand a high frame rate and ignoring the actual competitive gains from having a high frame rate, a smooth 60 is more than enough. For those who want a bit more with a 40 series card, you can introduce DLSS 3 into the game with a simple mod.
Forza Motorsport DLSS 3 Mod
A mod has been created by other2w named All-In-One Forza Motorsport Enhanced With Native DLSS Frame Generation, which as the title suggests activates DLSS Frame Generation and a few other things.
- Increased Color Saturation;
- Correction of Native Lighting Filters (still in improvement);
- Forces the use of DLSS and/or FSR to allow customization of resolution scale;
- Enabled GTAO ambient occlusion, disabled by default natively;
- Removed depth of field and motion blur in the main entrance and Pit Stop;
- Disabled functions that forced the use of Ray Tracing even when turned off;
- Hidden Native DLSS Frame Generation now available for RTX 40 cards.
The video below demonstrates the improvements:
This DLSS mod simply allows you to swap out the original streamline.DLL files in Forza Motorsport with the modded ones, it allows you to turn on DLSS 3 Frame Generation despite it not being officially in the game, but instead hidden, and with this mod it isn’t hidden. I imagine DLSS 3 will come in a future update but for now, RTX 40 series owners I’d recommend grabbing this mod.
The mod is available at nexusmods.
