Dragon Ball FighterZ Launching January 26, 2018

Bandai Namco has pushed for an earlier release date for the Dragon Ball FighterZ game. Originally slated for a February release date, the official launch date is now January 26, 2018 which should delight fans of the series. It is actually a few days earlier than the Japanese release, which is on February 1, 2018.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is a 2.5D fighting game developed by Arc System Works, creator of the Guilty Gear fighting game series. It was officially announced at E3 2017, and Bandai Namco has been revealing new details and character additions every week since then. Series creator Akira Toriyama himself designed and created a new character called Android 21 specifically for the game.
Dragon Ball FighterZ Characters
There are currently 18 characters in the roster. Some even include auxiliary supporting characters and alternative variants. The latest announcement for example adds Captain Ginyu with his Ginyu Force, and Nappa with his Saibamen assistants. There will also be two Gokus and two Vegetas in the game. This includes their new Super Saiyan God form from the currently airing Dragon Ball Super series.
Dragon Ball FighterZ will be available for Microsoft Windows PCs, as well as PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
