DS100 Interceptor Gaming Mouse Revealed by MSI

MSI are back once again with their second gaming mouse, and picking up where the Gaming Series W8 mouse left off, the new MSI Interceptor DS100 sports the sleek black and red aesthetics that have become the norm for MSI gaming hardware, so colour matching it with the rest of your MSI hardware shouldn’t prove to difficult.

The mouse features an ambidextrous design, so it should appeal to a wider range of gamers and its ergonomics have been designed to make it ideal for both palm and claw grip play-styles. The rubberised matte body should help you keep a firm grip while gaming

Featuring 8 fully programmable buttons, on-the-fly DPI adjustments via a top two switch toggle, a DPI range of 100 to 3500, and a frame rate of up to 6600FPS, tracking speed of 30 IPS at up to 9g of acceleration.

The mouse also comes with LED backlighting to give it a nice visual edge, measures in at 117 x 62.6 x 37.3mm and weighs just 135g, although this can be increased thanks to an adjustable weight system.

Release date and price are unknown just yet, but more details are expected to follow very soon.
