EA prefers PS Vita to Nintendo 3DS

EA games employee Frank Gibeau has been going on record saying that the PlayStation Vita stands a better chance in the market than Nintendo’s 3DS because apparently it has a more innovative design and better technology and a better set of operating system software. EA also said the the PS Vita has a much stronger title line up going for it and is likely to win in a head to head against the 3DS although general speculation still remains whether the Vita and 3DS will be able to compete against similarly priced tablets.
Nintendo think they have the potential to take the PS Vita on since the have the initial momentum of the DS brand name but with the impending launch of the PS Vita it seems that momentum will be slowed and count for very little. Many developers are claiming the 3DS has very little hope and are mainly putting their eggs in the Vita basket. But all that said the success of both of the consoles is looking doubtful as they are just too expensive when you most consumers would rather have increasingly powerful tablets or smart phones.
