Overview
The DEEBOT N8+ is designed for those who need a bit of help around the house. Whether this is due to physical reasons or just not having enough time, the DEEBOT N8+ is there to help. While anyone can use it, it is easily set up to be used while you are out of the house. Users with pets will find this extremely beneficial as it will be able to pick up pet hair and dander while you are out, reducing the need to hoover yourself, though not making it completely unnecessary. While the robot does a decent job, you will still need to manually clean your floors from time to time. The DEEBOT N8+, when used VIA the APP, gives you full control of the areas it will clean and can auto-detect whether it needs to hoover and/or mop an area.
Performance
For something you can set and forget, it does a decent job. Now, I wouldn’t go selling your spouse or your current hoover, but this should reduce the need to hoover your house quite as much. In addition, the dual hoover and mopping features will keep your floors clean from everyday dust and dander. The DEEBOT N8+ can even tell when it is on a hard floor or a carpeted and, as such, it won’t mop your carpet but instead will double its hoovering power to help make sure it is getting up as much dirt and dust from the carpet as possible.
Should I Buy One?
The DEEBOT N8+ can come in handy as a hoovering companion. You will still need to clean the floors once in a while but for your everyday dust and dander, this robot will come in handy. Setting the time in which it will operate and even setting zones that it is not allowed in are some pretty handy features to have in a little robot companion. Overall it does a good job, but it will not alleviate the need to hoover or clean your floors completely. The auto emptying feature is also quite nice as you won’t have to empty the robot but instead just empty the docking station once every couple of weeks to stay on top of it. Oh, and let’s not forget the mopping feature for hardwood floors. While it may not get the super-tough stuff up, it is great for general everyday use to help keep the floor clean.
