EK has today revealed its new EK-Quantum Impulse 120 D-RGB fan is now available in a stylish white colour, a perfect fit for white-themed builds.
This new Quantum Impulse 120mm fan from EK boasts a sleek white design which radiates clean and sophisticated aesthetics and complements the existing black model. The fan is equipped with EK’s most extensive RGB implementation to date with two RGB zones containing 12 LEDs as well as 6 LEDs in the motor hub offering stunning illumination.
The fan makes use of a MagLev fan motor which is capable of delivering speeds from 400-1800 RPM whilst also maintaining low noise levels. The motor is accompanied by a VAPO bearing which plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability of the fan preventing any wobbling issues and in turn, reducing noise levels. The thick white rubber corners on both sides of the fan also play a role in reducing vibration noises.
Impulse fans offer daisy-chaining capabilities to reduce cable clutter and offer a simpler cable routing experience. EK-Omnilink uses an 8-pin Micro-Fit connector ecosystem which allows all signal and power wiring for PWM and D-RGB to run on a single cable and connector. This cable eventually splits off into the standard motherboard connectors of a 4-pin PWM for fan power and a 3-pin 5V for D-RGB.
The EK-Quantum Impulse 120 D-RGB – White fans are readily available for pre-order on EK Webshop and through EK’s Partner Reseller Network for an MSRP of €28.90.
