Elon Musk, in a vain attempt to regain some of his respect in the gaming community he decided to live stream on Twitter playing through the new Path of Exiles 2 Dawn of the Hunt Patch. The stream was just short of 2 hours and which can only be described as an excruciating two-hour-long live stream where he says about 3 words, stares deadpan into the screen, and ends it after restarting and dying to the tutorial boss.

Not long after the stream began, Elon began to get some private in-game messages from players. They started innocently at first with people praising him, calling him a “god gamer”. But things very quickly took a dark turn with the messages becoming more and more hateful and abusive.

To give you a small taste of what people private messaged Elon were “make it clap for daddy” or another player claiming to be his ex-wife, Ashley St. Clair, who is currently locked in a custody battle with him for their five-month-old child, while another person claimed to be his long-lost son. So typical team banter then.
But none of that seemed to hurt Elon all that much. I doubt he particularly cares for his children; I mean, he has like 13 of them – I probably wouldn’t even be able to remember all their names. Evidently, what seems to hurt Elon the most is attacking his ego: “Elon, deep down you will always be cringey, no matter how much money or power you have.” which after this comment, seemed to sour his mood.
