Enermax has revealed the new flagship of their power supply range. Not only that, but it’s also Enermax’s first ever Titanium-rated power supply too! While the Enermax MaxTytan is going to be available in two models, a 750W and an 800W, both of the units will be 80 Plus Titanium-rated.
“MaxTytan 750W and 800W can deliver over 94% extreme efficiency (@ 50% load), compliant with 80 PLUS Titanium efficiency requirement. “
Furthermore, both of the models also feature a DFR self-cleaning function, as well as D.F. switch. You can push the button any time you like, and the unit will run through its cleaning cycle. Of course, this is great for any user, as it helps maintain the PSU and hopefully improve its life span.
For some added style, all of the fully modular cables are SLEEMAX premium sleeved cables. Of course, that’s going to make them look stunning in your next system build.
“ENERMAX DFR Tech. is designed to make the PSU fan spin in reverse to reduce accumulated dust. By simply pressing the D.F. switch, users can activate self-cleaning DFR Technology anytime during operation, even in the fanless mode. ” – Enermax
Capable of running in fanless mode up to a whopping 55% of full load at 25c ambient, these units will be very quiet indeed.
“The smart semi-fanless control ensures absolute silent performance with 0 dBA before 55% system load (at 25°C ambient). Once surpassing the pre-defined limit or with the raise of interior temperature, the fan starts to spin and the fan RPM is automatically regulated according to the system load/ temperature.”
