Enshrouded, the open-world survival game developed by Keen Games, has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing 3 million players. This achievement comes just eight months after its Early Access release in January 2024, showcasing the game’s continued growth and popularity.
Keen Games has been actively supporting the game with three major updates, numerous patches, and hotfixes, all while engaging with its growing community through events and contests. The game’s success has been fueled by word-of-mouth and a dedicated player base, leading to rapid player growth. Notably, the game reached 1 million players within four days of launch and 2 million within the first month.
Keen Games has confirmed that Enshrouded will leave Early Access and receive a full release in 2025. The full launch will include versions for PlayStation and Xbox consoles, broadening the game’s accessibility.
The developer has also shared some impressive in-game statistics, including over 90 million hours of gameplay and nearly 700,000 players reaching the current maximum level.
