Our coverage of the Thermaltake suite continues with a looks at their al new Versa series of chassis, these models are a little more budget friendly and pack plenty of features that should be ideal for the low to mid budget market. All three of the new chassis are priced at $49.99 and come with a single pre-installed 120mm fan and 9 hard drive bays in a 3+3+3 format.
The first is the Versa H23 which features a design that will suit a gaming build, it has a nice black and blue finish with removable 5.25″ clip-in covers and plenty of ventilation in the top, front, back, bottom and even more on the left side panel. The left side panel has 2 x 120mm fan mounts and to the right of the there is a vertical window that gives a great view of the chassis interior.
Next up we have the Versa H22, this model features a larger side panel window that gives a better view of the interior and motherboard area. The front panel is a much cleaner design and it gives the chassis a more professional look.
Versa H21 is the final model and also features the large side panel window of the H22, but again features a clean looking front panel.
Overall the three products are pretty similar in design and it’s mainly the front panel and left side panel that undergoes any changes. They’re all the same price so what we really have is a nice choice of three different models so that system builders can pick the model that is best suited to their needs and personal tastes. We look forward to taking a closer look at these in the coming weeks and month for a review.
