Eternal Descent Brings A Heavy Metal Hero to Comic-Con International

Eternal Descent: Heavy Metal Heroes has announced its promotional schedule for Comic-Con International: San Diego 2013, which starts on 17 July 2013. Misha Mansoor, the acclaimed guitarist from prog-metal band Periphery, will be on the IDW Publishing booth signing and meeting fans to celebrate his appearance as a heroic assist character in the Eternal Descent: Heavy Metal Heroes video game, launching on iOS platforms on 17 July 2013.

Misha Mansoor will also be unveiling the autographed, custom Jackson SLATTXMG3-7 Soloist guitar with Eternal Descent creator Llexi Leon on the IDW Publishing booth #2643, which is being given away in a joint promotion between Jackson and Eternal Descent. In addition, a Comic Con International: San Diego exclusive Eternal Descent: Heavy Metal Heroes collectable ’10-Doh’ game cartridge will be available from the Squid Kids Ink booth #5150. Llexi Leon and Nate Mitchell from Squid Kids Ink will also be doing an Eternal Descent: Heavy Metal Heroes 10-Doh signing on Sunday 21 July 2013.

Eternal Descent: Heavy Metal Heroes will be available from 17 July 2013 on the App Store for iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch, priced £1.99/$2.99/€2.39, with a series of updates and expansions planned throughout the year. Android, PC and home console versions of Eternal Descent: Heavy Metal Heroes are planned throughout 2014.

I’m a big heavy metal fan myself and bringing that together with my other favourite pass time (gaming) is awesome! So if your lucky enough to be in the area for the show, be sure to stop by and get involved in the signing and try out the game.

Thank you Eternal Descent for providing us with this information
