EVGA has some of the most reliable and appreciated power supplies on the market. The company’s G1 lineup is particularly impressive. However, that model has launched quite a while ago, so an upgrade is definitely welcomed. The EVGA G1+ is a new fully-modular power supply line-up that follows in the footsteps of its predecessor. It boasts an 80+ Gold Efficiency rating, which is great enough in itself, but there are plenty of other highlights that deserve mentioning. Obviously, it’s always a good idea to buy your PSUs from reputable vendors in order to ensure the safety and stability of your build. Nobody wants to lose their entire system over a few bucks.
The EVGA G1+ actually comes with a cleaner internal layout that improves airflow. There’s also a Variable Resistor module for improved voltage stability. More efficient power switching is taken care of by two DC to DC modules while a full suite of power supply protections ensures peace of mind. Furthermore, even though it may not sound like much, each G1+ model is between 10mm to 20mm shorter when compared to a G1.
These supplies benefit from EVGA’s World-Leading Global 10-Year Warranty. There are four different models to choose from, namely a 650W, 750W, 850W and 1000W variant.
