EVGA Notebooks
EVGA brought along their two latest notebooks to Computex 2017. These are high-end and no doubt quite expensive systems, but they’re nothing short of impressive too.
First up we have the current SC 17. This one features a massive 17.3-inch display (pictured above and below). While this one is a rock solid gaming notebook, it’s targeted more at the professional market too. It features a G-Sync display, with the option to upgrade to a 4K panel should you need it. You’ll find support for the latest Core i7 CPUs, and the Nvidia GTX 1070/80.
The smaller SC-15, on the other hand, is very similar, albeit with a more portable 15″ display. It features theCore i7-7700HQ @ 2.8/3.8GHz clocks and a Geforce GTX 1060 GPU for robust mobile gaming performance. On top of that, you’ll get 16GB of DDR4, a 256GB PCIe SSD, and 1TB HDD.
No word on pricing for the new SC-15 at this time, but we’re expecting it to be fairly competitive. Obviously, it’s not going to be particularly cheap right now, as this is a high-quality notebook, but we’ll let you know once we know more.
