According to Bethesda, Fallout 4’s robot butler “Codsworth” knows how to say over 1,000 names. That’s pretty impressive and something that can help just push that little bit of extra immersion and personalisation into your RPG experience, but can Codsworth say your name?

The folks over at Polygon decided to put the robot butler to the test by trying out a wide range of names, some common, some completely silly and random, as well as a NSFW effort, so be warned if your boss is listening in.

Fallout 4 hasn’t had the best of launches, especially on PC where a few major issues have been hittings some users, although we do have fixes to some of the more common ones.

Unfortunately, it seems Codsworth library of names isn’t as great as we had hoped, so if you hear “Sir” then you know he doesn’t know how to say your name. At least he can say “boobies”, because we all enter that as our name in games, right?
