A passionate fan of the Grand Theft Auto series is recreating the map of GTA 6 in Grand Theft Auto V, using the information and materials revealed so far about the highly anticipated new chapter of the saga.
As shown in the post below, YouTuber Dark Space is working to reproduce Vice Beach and the Venetian Islands within GTA V and plans to make these contents available within a couple of weeks.
Naturally, this ambitious project is at risk of cancellation. Judging by what happened recently with the GTA Vice City Nextgen Edition mod, the creator is well aware that Rockstar Games could ask him at any moment to stop his work.
At the same time, however, Dark Space believes his creation is quite different from previous projects and hopes that even the development team behind Grand Theft Auto will recognize that distinction.
Rockstar’s Marketing Strategy Keeps Fans Engaged
It is clear that projects like the one Dark Space is working on are driven by the passion of countless players for the Grand Theft Auto series. However, they are also fueled by the fact that a significant amount of time has passed since the release of the first GTA 6 trailer.
According to a former developer, Rockstar Games has deliberately not announced the release date of the next GTA 6 trailer to ensure that excitement around the game builds naturally, allowing players themselves to keep the conversation alive even in the absence of official updates.
Judging by what has been happening for some time now, this strategy seems to be incredibly effective.
