FinalWire Announce v7.2 of AIDA64

We love a good benchmark here at eTeknix, which is no surprise, given that benchmarking hardware is the absolute core of our business! While many of you will be familiar with the likes of 3DMark for things like GPU testing, we’re big supporters of AIDA64, as it offers a pretty broad testing suite for testing storage, memory, and various motherboard components and features.
Today, FinalWire Ltd revealed the latest version of their popular AIDA64 Extreme 7.2 software. This powerful diagnostic tool is great for home users, enthusiasts, overclockers, reviewed and system diagnostics.
With four versions of AIDA64, there’s one for just about anyone. There’s AIDA64 Engineer, AIDA64 Extreme, AIDA64 Business, and AIDA64 Network Audit. With Engineer being the one we use for internal testing of motherboards and processors, but Extreme is likely better suited for consumers looking to test their hardware and overclocks.
The latest version comes with a nice range of tweaks, including a new dark UI and three additional themes. There’s support for the latest G.Skill WigiDash display, and additional support for all the latest hardware from Intel, AMD and Nvidia.
New features & improvements
- Dark Mode with 3 dark themes
- Enhanced sensor monitoring of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000 and 4000 Series graphics cards

“AIDA64 Extreme has a hardware detection engine unrivaled in its class. It provides detailed information about installed software and offers diagnostic functions and support for overclocking. As it is monitoring sensors in real time, it can gather accurate voltage, temperature and fan speed readings, while its diagnostic functions help detect and prevent hardware issues. It also offers a couple of benchmarks for measuring either the performance of individual hardware components or the whole system. It is compatible with all 32-bit and 64-bit Windows editions, including Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.”
