First Performance Figures For Titan-Z Leak Online

It looks like Nvidia may have forgotten to translate their latest NDA to some Chinese retailers, with details leaking all over the place for their Nvidia GeForce GTX Titan Z graphics card some companies forgot to delay their press releases after the recent launch date was postponed.

One of the biggest names to leak details is Asus, who have revealed what we believe to be the final clock speeds for the card, which is now reported at 705/876 MHz, although we have no idea why the gap between base and boost states is so vast, a 170 MHz boost!? Either way, this level of performance from the base clock gives us a theoretical 8.1 TFLOPS single-precision and 2.3 TFLOPS of double precision performance.

Also confirmed from ASUS is that the Titan Z will features 7 GHz memory modules that offer up 672 GB/s of bandwidth. We now know that the GTX Titan Z will pull a staggering 375W of power at full speed, but with the new cooler capable of shifting 450w, we suspect that there will be some good overclocking headset.

In terms of overclocking, each of the Titan Black cores in the Titan Z is actually down-clocked from their single GPU counterparts. It is suspected this is to keep a grip on acoustics from the card, but only time will tell how far this card can be pushed.

Below we have a performance chart on the 4K gaming scores, but no details on actual in game settings have been revealed, as always we suspect these to be cherry picked benchmarks, with optimum circumstances. What we can see however is that the Titan Z is around 60% faster than the Titan Black.
