Final Thoughts
How Much Does it Cost?
A fully equipped mechanical gaming keyboard from a pro gaming brand, sound expensive right? Well, surprisingly it’s just 99 EUR, 99 USD, or around £80. That’s a freaking bargain if I ever saw one. You can go for some rival flagship TKL keyboards and spend well over £100 and get nothing extra for your money. An amazing price for an amazing bit of gaming tech!

Overview
Without a doubt, the Fnatic miniStreak is one of my all-time favourite gaming keyboards ever. It’s super lightweight, durable, stylish, compact and crammed full of features that simply amazes for this price range. For a flagship gaming keyboard, you couldn’t ask for much more. Of course, if you did want more, they also make a full-size version, and we’ll be exploring what that has to offer in the near future too.
Build Quality
How they built this keyboard to be so light is pretty impressive. It still retains the durability one would want from a mechanical keyboard. However, since it’s designed for eSports, it’s meant to be very portable. A TKL design can easily be fit into a backpack, and you’re hardly going to be tired carrying this around either. With a detachable USB Type-C cable and a detachable wrist rest, it’s easily packed away, and easily set up again.
Performance
Equipped with full RGB Cherry MX switches, the Fnatic range is sure to perform with the best of the best. Cherry has a strong reputation that spans decades, and you know the quality you’re getting. With fully programmable keys, easy to use software, and onboard controls, it’s ticking all the right boxes. Of course, you also have a choice of switch types, meaning you can pick one that best suits your needs and play style.
Added Value
Given it’s cheaper than many rivals, the added features a big surprise. The wrist rest is one of the best quality ones on the market and is very comfortable to use. You can use custom keycaps, there are built-in multimedia control, onboard lighting controls, a tournament mode, and much more. The Fn Lock is cool too, as I’ve never seen that feature on a keyboard before.
Should I Buy One?
You don’t have to be a pro gamer to enjoy what the miniStreak has to offer. It’s a well equipped mechanical keyboard that’s just as versatile in the office or at home. For gamers, you’ll have as much fun playing Skyrim on this as you would DOTA II. Then again, if you are a pro gamer or an aspiring eSports gamer in general, the features on offer here will help you reach your full potential. Of course, the thing that really seals the deal is the price. If you can find better for less, you buy it, but I doubt you will beat this deal.
