The team over at BonusXP, which are mainly made up of ex-Ensamble veterans who worked on the Age of Empires series, announced that they are now working on another RTS title. This time, they are taking a more sci-fi approach.
The devs are said to be working on a title called Servo, an RTS similar to Total Annihilation from what it seems at first glance. It tells the story of the human race who has abandoned Earth many years ago, only to return in search of a rare resource called “Bloom”.
Players are said to be given a 25 mission campaign which tells the story of humanity and its quest, while the multiplayer side is focused on player-versus-player and co-op missions. The title is said to have its early access launch “in the coming months”, being currently available for pre-order for $20. More information on it can be found on Servo can be found on their website here.
