Fractal Design Core 3000 Case Review

Fractal Design use a simple, brown box to house their Core 3000. The front of the box features the Fractal Design brand name, product name and an image of the case.
Moving to the rear of the box, we are met by the key features and general specification of the case. This is something which I always love to see on a box due to its ability to assist in making the decision to purchase. An image showing the interior of the case is is another useful addition.
The left side of the box repeats the key features, specifications and image of the case itself.
The bundle consists of a very brief, multi-lingual instruction manual, PCI LED and fan controller along with its additional cables, a bag of screws and stand-offs, 5 zip ties and a 5.25″ to 3.5″ drive bay adapter with accompanying 3.5″ drive shield. The PCI fan controller is a nice addition but we would have preferred a fan controller built directly into the case. We were very pleased to see the 5.25″ to 3.5″ bay adapter which allows the use of the still popular 3.5″ external devices.
The rear of the accessories box features labelling for the included screws and stand-offs. Fractal Design have used this opportunity to save some paper, which is a decision that we aren’t going to grumble about.
