Over Power Protection and Max Wattage

Good, well made, power supplies should always have overpower protections in place. While most will happily run a little over the rated-wattage level, you are always running a risk, if you do this consistently, of damaging your components.

So, how did the Aio+ 560 do? Well, put simply, really well. Firstly we can confirm that the overpower protections came into place. Amazingly, however, it achieved over 200 watts above the rated amount before this happened.

Not that you should ever rely on it, but this power supply clearly has plenty of headroom if you do push it a little hard.
