Today Team Ninja released downloadable content for the new generation of Dead or Alive combat, Dead or Alive 5, which is now available on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Available now for free download is Costume Pack 1 which opens up a variety of new costumes that add even more flash and sizzle to select fighters on the DOA 5 roster. To showcase the new downloadable content, Team Ninja has created all-new screenshots and stills featuring the characters in their new costumes.
Among the staple Dead or Alive characters who see updated threads courtesy of Costume Pack 1: Kokoro, who gets a new festival outfit; Zack, with a new alien costume; Helena, who reveals her swallowtail outfit; and Bayman, rocking a new beret. The master Gen Fu steps out in his new Tiger Kung Fu uniform, Christie gets even hotter in her new leather gear, Tina dons a new blue ring outfit, and the all-new character Mila takes on a little cosplay. Even the included Virtua Fighter™ characters, Akira, Sarah and Pai, see a whole new round of costume updates, and all free of charge!
Dead or Alive 5 incorporates a wealth of martial arts fighting techniques into its distinctive fighting style to create a captivating new generation of Dead or Alive combat. Players will once again take on the roles of the legendary cast of DOA fighters in an action-packed brawler set in visually striking locations from around the world.
