CrystalDiskMark – Sequential Read
The system’s boot SSD outputs a tremendous read rate which is the highest on record from any SATA3 device. Rather surprisingly, the drive is capable of defeating other highly-regarded storage devices like the Samsung 850 EVO. On a similar note, the USB 3.0 read rate was excellent and topped the charts in a spectacular way.
CrystalDiskMark – Sequential Write
When it comes to sequential write performance, the SSD fares pretty well and isn’t too adrift of breaking the 500MB/s barrier. Even though there are faster options using the SATA interface, it’s not by a huge margin. The USB 3.0 write speeds were exceptional and just about managed to defeat all the previous results.
