FromSoftware Announces Salary Hike for 2025 to Support Game Development

Fans of FromSoftware, the creators behind popular series like Elden Ring, Armored Core, and Dark Souls, have more than just new games to look forward to. The company has announced a significant salary increase for its employees starting in the 2025 fiscal year.

In a recent statement, FromSoftware shared that all employees will see an 11.8% salary hike beginning in April 2025. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to fostering a healthy work environment and improving game development.

New Salary Structure to Benefit Both Existing and New Employees

This salary boost is part of FromSoftware’s broader strategy to ensure stability and growth within the company, particularly as it tackles new titles. The raise not only benefits current employees but also extends to new hires and recent graduates, with the minimum salary increasing from 260,000 yen to 300,000 yen. This reflects the company’s dedication to creating an environment where employees can thrive both financially and creatively.
