FSP Group Introduces Their First PC Chassis

Fortron Source Power Group  (FSP Group) is expanding their product line beyond power supplies and power adapters and into offering more consumer gaming products beginning with the CMT 210 case. The CMT 210 is a mainstream gaming case designed for high-airflow and affordability. Its mid-tower stance holds ATX, Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX motherboards with seven expansion slots in total available. There will be four color variants to choose from, including red, silver, black and blue.

FSP group has designed this case to be appealing to the modern gamer so it ditches the 5.25″ external drive bays (which have gone out of fashion with the decline of optical disk drive use) for better front radiator support. A 360mm radiator can be mounted right in front and it will get sufficient airflow from the almost entirely meshed front area. This front area supports up to 4x 120mm fans otherwise. Bundled with and pre-installed inside the case by default are two 120mm LED fans, one for intake and one for exhaust in the rear.

Maximum CPU cooler height supported is 160mm which should cover most mainstream 120mm heatsinks. Maximum VGA support is up to 360mm, even in SLI/Crossfire mode since there are no 5.25″ drive bays on the way. There is a HDD cage right at the bottom which is also adjustable to accommodate front radiators, supporting up to 3x 3.5″ drives. 2.5″ SSDs can be mounted flat along the panel wall, without interfering with the graphics card installed.
