G.SKILL Expands Trident Z RGB Line With DDR4-3333 MHz 128 GB Kits

G.SKILL has added new kits under its Trident Z RGB DDR4 line, now with 16GB modules matched for up to 128GB (16GB x 8) in addition to 64GB (8GB x 8) kits which are ideal for Intel X99 and Z270 quad-channel platforms. G.SKILL’s Trident Z RGB memory modules have RGB LED capability that is powered directly via the DIMM slot and require no external wires like with other manufacturer’s RGB LED memory kits. G.SKILL also supports integration with major motherboard manufacturers for proper LED control and performance.
These G.SKILL Trident Z RGB kits for the Intel X99 and Z270 platform range from 2400MHz through 3866MHz in various pair configurations. The 3866MHz CL18 1.35V Trident Z RGB kit is only offered in 32GB (16GBx2) kits for now but the 3466MHz CL16 and 3600MHz CL17 kits can be had in 64GB (16GB x 4) configurations and have been tested by G.SKILL in X99 motherboards. The 3866MHz kit is for those on a Z270 platform who want the RGB LED feature without compromising in memory performance. Those who want to fully populate their X99 platform have the other option of 2400MHz, 3000MHz, 3200MHz and now 3333MHz kits. These new kit additions will be available beginning May 2017 and as always will be XMP 2.0 compatible for trouble-free overclocking on Intel platforms with a limited lifetime warranty backed by G.SKILL.
