A Closer Look
There’s no doubt about it, the Trident Z really grab your attention even with the RGB not powered on! These are some really striking heat spreaders and they’re nice and large too, so they should provide some great cooling performance.
The aesthetic is really nice, with a look that mixes both razer sharp lines (they’re not actually sharp), and some sweeping curves giving it a really dynamic look.
What I love most though is the choice of materials, there’s horizontally brushed black aluminium down the middle, then a more sandblasted and polished texture on the lower and upper sections, and it looks gorgeous.
There’s a small RGB strip on the spine too, and the Trident Z logo is stamped on both sides. Beyond that, there’s just the little sticker there too.
Overall, these are some of the nicest-looking memory modules I’ve ever seen!
As you can see though, the RGB waves down the spine in an S shape, and the colour transitions are absolutely gorgeous too, really top-tier stuff here, so let’s see if the performance matches the aesthetics!
