KFA2 Launches Cosplay Competition

KFA2, part of GALAX, formerly known as Galaxy are renowned for their unique, ostentatious take on aftermarket GPU cooling. In particular, the Hall of Fame cards consist of an all-white PCB and aggressive factory overclocks. The HOF range symbolizes a no compromise approach and accommodates users looking to build a white themed PC. In my opinion, the HOF Graphics Cards are absolutely stunning and a perfect match alongside the Asus Z97 Sabertooth Mark S and Avexir Sabrano 2400MHz RAM.
To promote their product line, they have launched a Cosplay competition and offering 3 major prizes. The winner will receive a Parrot BeBop Drone and Limited Edition t-shirt. If you finish in 2nd position, they will send out a GTX 980Ti HOF and Limited Edition T-shirt. Finally, 3rd place is presented with a GTX 960 EXOC White and Limited Edition T-shirt.
In GALAX’s official press release, they outlined how to differentiate yourself from the competition and rules for entry:
“This video competition will be judged on two key elements. First, by the most creative costume of a recognizable PC video gaming character, and second, by the funniest or most obscure situation in the film itself. We want see you out in public mixing with the everyday Joe, taking what is normally seen on screen into the public domain; pranks welcome.”
Competetion Rules:
- Create a film with a maximum 3 minute run time
- Anything goes bar any criminal activity, violence, nudity, racial or religious insensitivity, bad language or other generally offensive behavior.
- Keep it clean and creative. Video content must be your own.
- Host your film on YouTube and include “What’s Your Game? Cosplay Competition” in the title.
- To submit your entry, email your YouTube link to geforceculture@kfa2.com – making sure to include your contact details with full name & email address.
- All entries must be submitted by July 31, 2015
- Submissions will be reviewed by the judging panel with in the first week of Aug. 2015 and a list of winners published Aug. 7th, 2015.
I’m sure the winning entries will illustrate the passion and ingenuity we come to expect from PC Gamers.
Will you be entering or do you prefer a more understated style of competition? Let us know and we can pass the information onto KFA2/GALAX.
