Galax and Diamond Cooling have come together to create a magnificent looking card that packs an amazing punch. At the base, we find the great GTX 980 HOF card with its white PCB while the cooling is being taken care of a white full cover water block designed by Diamond Cooling.
“We have changed the design internally slightly after initial testing. But this block has good cooling performance. We expect to be taking pre-orders very soon. We do this to get a certain idea of how big the demand is so we can create a first batch,” Diamond Cooling said.
These are the first prototypes and will come as both a full copper base and nickel plated base versions. The full cover water block takes care of all components on this card that in return should allow this record-breaking card to achieve new heights.

There are also plans for a similar water block for the GTX 970 Hall Of Fame (HOF) card. Diamond Cooling said that they put a little easter-egg on the card. Can you spot it? I’ll give you a hint, it’s plugged into the rear of the PCB.
The new GALAX GTX 980 HOF WC graphics solution should go on sale in January or maybe February 2015, a short wait for an amazing looking card.
