Galaxy Introduces Single-slot GeForce GTX 750 Ti Razor

Galaxy used to launch their graphics cards under the KFA2 brand in Europe, but that name is being phased-out. As such, the new single-slot card is launched under the Galaxy brand and is called the GeForce GTX 750 Ti Razor. This is only the second 750 Ti card I know of that comes as a single-slot version; his card might hit a sweet spot in the market.

The base clock of this new card is set to 1020 MHz and it has a boost to 1080 MHz. It packs 2GB GDDR5 VRAM that is running at 5.40 GHz on the 128-bit memory interface. It uses a heaksink that makes contact to all three important parts of the card, the GPU, RAM and VRM and is made from nickel-plated copper. There are no power connectors on this card as it only draws a maximum of 60 watts and the PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot can deliver 75 watts. This helps with a tidier cable management and a 300W PSU should be enough for the entire system.

The single slot design limits the display outputs a little bit, but it still includes D-SUB, a dual-link DVI, and a HDMI port that all can be used simultaneous. There is no SLI support on this card, so a dream of running two of these for extra performance unfortunately won’t come true. It supports all the Nvidia based technologies such as G-Sync TXAA, FXAA, Adaptive Vertical Sync and Nvidia Surround, DirectX 11.2 and OpenGL 4.4. It is also Nvidia Shield ready for those of you who are lucky enough to own one of those.

The new cards is available now and has a MSPR of €139.90 incl. VAT. German retailers all have them in stock and so does Overclockers UK where they will cost you £119.99.
