Galaxy have just announced one of their highest end GTX 780’s. While it isn’t as impressive as the recently detailed GTX 780 Hall Of Fame Edition graphics card it is nonetheless still a very impressive looking video card. It uses Galaxy’s dual fan cooling solution with a pair of 80mm fans using EBR Fluid bearings. The hybrid copper and aluminium heatsink gives a unique aesthetic as well as improved cooling performance. On the electrical side we have a totally custom PCB solution allowing for a maximum boost clock of 1019MHz up from the reference boost clock of 900MHz. The card has stock memory clocks and 3GB of GDDR5 memory.
The card comes with Galaxy’s Xtreme Tuner Plus overclocking software as well as support for Nvidia features like GPU Boost 2.0, Adaptive Vsync, PhysX, 3D Vision, and Surround. The 3GB Galaxy GTX 780 GC Edition video card is available immediately and will be selling at all major U.S retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, NCIX, Newegg, and TigerDirect. Customers can also buy direct from Galaxy’s online store.
