Even though it’s considered to be easier to finish when compared to its predecessor, Dark Souls 3 is still a fairly difficult game, one of the hardest titles of 2016, actually. However, it looks like if you know the game well enough and you’re dedicated enough, you can actually finish it in a couple of hours without even getting hit. This was proved by YouTube’s Faraaz Khan, who completed Dark Souls 3 without using any magic, shields, parries or savequits, and without getting hit even once. I did not really think that this was possible, but I can’t really argue with his results, especially since he did not take advantage of any glitches.
The entire gaming session was streamed on Twitch, and it looks like it was a very intense ride, particularly during the most difficult boss fights. From what I can tell, the only damage that the character received was from falling and not from the NPCs or bosses, which is definitely impressive, to say the least. The fact that this is a “world first” achievement is also commendable, but I do hope that someone will soon come along and beat the game even faster. You can have a look at the video below if you want to see Faraaz Khan in action.
