Installation and Performance
Each of the fans are connected to the RGB controller by a USB input. The input itself is very tidily placed in the bottom left corner of each fan. The design choice means that you can easily access the port while it looking a neat part of the overall design. As you can clearly see in the image, we didn’t fit these into an actual system as this would limit photography. With some decent cable management though, they can be easily disguised.
As above, you can clearly see that the cable length is more than sufficient for most chassis designs. If you do have a larger chassis though, some consideration should be taken to the placement of the wireless controller as it’s unlikely you’ll find an adaptor that will work correctly.
In regards to the installation, you are not limited as to what you can do with these fans. While compatibility with your CPU cooler is clearly not what these are designed for, the fans can easily be mounted as an intake or exhaust with both long and short screws provided.
Installation is via the 4 screw placements to each corner of the cooler. These are also cushioned to reduce vibration.
