Gaming in Style With the noblechairs Footrests

Final Thoughts

How Much Does it Cost?

The noblechairs Footrest is available now from Overclockers UK for just £109.99. That’s a lot of money for a footrest I know, but noblechairs is a premium gaming chair brand, and the quality of this product goes a long way to justify the retail price. It’s available in PU Leather for that price, however, those wanting a real leather one will be paying £159.99. There’s no need to spend the extra unless you already have a matching leather noblechairs gaming chair. They’re available in black, red, blue, gold or white stitching in PU leather, however, the leather one is only black/black.

Overview

When it comes to expanding your gaming setup, it helps to think outside of the box, literally. A lot of money can be put into your PC, such as on a new GPU. However, you can have all the graphics power you want, but if you’re left sitting on a cardboard box, you can’t really enjoy it. Investing in a good chair can go a long way. I love gaming at my desk in my noblechairs. However, I spend a lot of my day here, and I’ve been eager to kick back and play PC games on the big screen. Now I could always do that anyway. Of course, the devil is in the details, and the new footrests mean we can be much more comfortable while replaying Borderlands and rewatching Stargate SG-1 boxsets.

Build Quality

The footrests are certainly well made, with a durable weighted base, easy assembly, and a clever adjustable angle design. The PU Leather is fantastic, and anyone who has one of their gaming chairs knows they’re pretty much a market leader for durability and design. The same love and attention have gone into the footrests and really helps justify the retail price.

Aesthetics

The style of the footrests is really slick. Sure, I could get some foam cube footrest from Ikea on the cheap, but it just wouldn’t be the same. I could comfortably (literally) have this in an office, or in front of my TV and it wouldn’t look out of place. We’ve had guests come round all week, and the noblechairs footrests have become an immediate talking point, and battles for domination of their use have already ensued.

Should I Buy One?

I mean, my idea for these was to put off spending £1000 on a couch for another year or two. For giving a fresh edge to your man cave, battle station, home cinema, or whatever, it’s a great addition. Of course, why have one when you can have two for twice the price. Not that I’m trying to up-sell for noblechairs, but if you play a lot of co-op games and spend your movie nights with your SO like we do, you’re not going to want to share one between you. noblechairs may want people buying these for their gaming chairs and desktop PC setup, but I’ll be keeping mine in the living room.
