NVIDIA and Samsung are in a legal battle right now, with Samsung threatening NVIDIA with a new sales ban.
Samsung has submitted a counter lawsuit against NVIDIA with the US International Trade Commission, asking the ITC to block imports of GeForce GPUs in the United States. The lawsuit also wants to see the ban of Tegra-based mobile devices, which include things like the OUYA console, and more.
We don’t know which companies this could affect, as Samsung’s legal battle is quite private, for now.
