GeIL has today announced their new Pristine R5 series and Spear R5 series of server memory products which provide server memory solutions that fully comply with the JEDEC specifications for standard usage as well as high-performance server solutions.
The GeIL Spear R5 series is designed for high-performance scenarios with scalable speeds of up to 6800MT/s. The Spear R5 series is perfect for meeting the various requirements of cloud computing and high-end HEDT applications. The DIMMs are fully supported by Intel XMP 3.0 specifications to ensure an easy configuration process plus feature aluminium heat spreaders which ensure excellent stability and reliability by keeping the temperatures under control.
The Pristine R5 series is instead designed for standard server applications and features speeds from 4800MT/s up to 6000MT/s with maximum single capacities of 32GB. The pristine R5 series features a 30µ PCB gold plating layer, an ultra-low operating voltage of 1.1V and an ECC error correction mechanism. All of these features help to provide additional stability, reducing the risk of failure and downtime in critical server environments.
These memory modules are fully capable of supporting the latest W790 motherboards and Intel Xeon W-2400/W-3400 processors, To learn more visit GeIL.com.
