Ghost of Tsushima was one of the most anticipated games of 2024 and has been released to overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam.
We all expected Ghost of Tsushima to be a huge success on PC; the developers had to avoid rushing the port and delivering a buggy experience. Thankfully, they succeeded. The game now boasts more concurrent players than its PlayStation predecessors, including God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, The Last of Us Part I, and Marvel’s Spider-Man, making it the most popular PlayStation PC game to date.

Ghost of Tsushima was released on PC on May 16th bringing the Director’s Cut edition of this fantastic action-adventure game which has already claimed to a peak of nearly 80,000 concurrent players. This puts it just ahead of God of War with 73,529 players.
As mentioned before this makes it the most successful Playstation Port to date and the second most popular PlayStation game on PC just behind Helldivers 2 which had a peak of 458,709 active players. Just imagine how many people would be playing if it wasn’t still removed from nearly 200 regions.
