In addition to all the other major AIB partners, Gigabyte has revealed their full line-up for the GTX 1050 series. This includes the GTX 1050 and slightly more expensive GTX 1050Ti which has extra CUDA cores and 4GB of memory. As you can see from the box shots, Gigabyte is readying both cards in a number of versions. More specifically, the higher-end G1 Gaming models will feature customisable RGB lighting, a dual-fan arrangement and overclocked specification.
The mid-range offerings revolve around the Windforce OC cooler and have a good factory boost. Saying that, there’s no lighting system which may irritate those who enjoy RGB illumination.
Gigabyte has also created single fan units designed for small-form-factor systems such as a compact HTPC. The single fan design should be ample given the 75W TDP and it will be interesting to compare the performance to Gigabyte’s Windforce and G1 Gaming variants.
Even the GTX 1050Ti will be available in a single fan model and I can see this product being popular amongst streamers and other users with an older power supply or poor cable management.
GTX 1050 Ti / GTX 1050 WINDFORCE OC
