Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080 Ti Graphics Card Review

3DMark

No mucking about, the Aorus GTX 1080 Ti set our second highest graphics card to date, and our third highest score overall. Without a doubt, this is already showing to be one of the fastest GPUs on the market today. Of course, it held onto a top-three spot through all resolutions.

Using the DX12 Time Spy test, our fourth fastest score, it should have done better, but it’s hardly slacking either.

Unigine Superposition

Unigine is extremely demanding and separates the heroes from the pack. The Aorus scored a fantastic 5730, nicely ahead of the stock Nvidia 1080 Ti at both 1080p and 4K resolutions.

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
