1393MHz isn’t really that massive..
that is Listed boost clock, it like is in to the 1400’s somewhere can’t say for sure. my gtx980 shows 1392 on boost in gpu-z but it runs around 1460 or so in game.

i get 1500-1530 on mine with stock bios using afterburner and .87volts
