Temperatures
Measuring temperatures is all about being consitent, therefore we keep a steady eye on monitoring the ambient room temperature to make sure that it stays the same. While this is constantly being monitored, we measure the idle temperature of the processor using HWMonitor over a 15 minute period. Once this has been recorded, we set Prime95 into motion for 15 minutes and record the results again. We repeat the same on any comparison products we may be testing with it.
As we were using the NH-C14, we weren’t expecting high temperature on idle or load. This was made true with our testing and shows that the temperatures didn’t rise above 68 degrees on load showing us that the board allows for some of the biggest coolers on the market to
