Gigabyte Geforce RTX 2070 Gaming OC White Review

A Closer Look
The Gigabyte RTX 2070 White OC is a nice looking card, it’s not too crazy, but it’s not underwhelming either. It ticks both the sleek and simple look while having enough aggressive angles and flairs to appeal to the gaming crowd too.
The card uses a triple fan design, obviously, which contrast with the white quite nicely. However, I wonder if white fans on a white shroud would have looked better, or just like to much white? That’s most likely subjective.
The fans are pretty decent though and use the usual Gigabyte design with ridges on the blades for better airflow and lower noise.
Down the side of the card, a simple Gigabyte logo can be found in the centre. It’s lit with customisable RGB lighting, which can be customised through the downloadable GPU software.
In most systems, this is the view you’re most likely to have of the card. That matte white full cover backplate looks superb, and ultra clean. Of course, it’s perfect for adding to the cooling capabilities and strength of the GPU too.
For power, you’ll need an 8-pin and a 6-pin PSU header, which is the same as the Founders Edition, but there’s still enough extra power there for detailing with the overclocks.
The card uses the same set of display outputs we see on the stock card too. Of course, three DisplayPorts, one HDMI, and a Type-C connection are hardly limiting anyway.
Overall, a nice looking card with all the usual bits and bobs in place. So, let’s see how it performs!
