Gigabyte GTX 1660 Ti Gaming OC Graphics Card Review

Power Consumption
As with all the new Nvidia 12nm stuff, the efficiency is pretty darn impressive. While the VEGA 56 was beaten in most of the tests, or closely matched, it all goes to hell here. VEGA 56 pulls a whopping 445 Watts at load. The Gigabyte GTX 1660 Ti? 202 Watts, not even half of the AMD equivalent card… Yikes
Temperatures
I won’t compare the VEGA here, as that was a reference card and this is an AIB card. However, at just 64c, it’s the fourth coolest card we’ve had. Why? Because it’s a low-power affordable GPU, with the same cooler you can find on an RTX 2080 Ti. It is total overkill, but I love it.
Acoustics
It’s not the quietest cooler ever, but at 38 dBa, you’re unlikely to be bothered. The fans never had to work hard at all to cool the modest chipset on this card.
