Gigabyte Launches Impressive Raspberry Pi Rival

Gigabyte is releasing its own single-board computer, a la the Raspberry Pi. However, unlike the Raspberry Pi, which includes built-in RAM, the Gigabyte GA-SBCAP3350 allows custom RAM. The board features a single channel DDR3L SO-DIMM slot and runs up to 8GB RAM. The GA-SBCAP3350 also sports a soldered-in dual-core Intel Celeron N3350 with integrated HD Graphics 500. The processor has a 1.1GHz clock speed and a 2.4GHz Turbo speed. The GA-SBCAP3350 is slightly larger than the Raspberry Pi 3; the former measures in at 146 x 102mm, while the latter is 85 x 56mm). The board outputs at 4K 30Hz via HDMI.
