The Gigabyte AMP-UP technology provides crisp and ultra-realistic sound effects while the Realtek ALC 1150 provides ten DAC channels for simultaneous 7.1 channel surround sound as well as having 2 independent stereo outputs to support multiple streamings. The OP-AMP is upgradeable/replaceable for those who wish something else, a nice touch.
