OverclockingFor overclocking, we used the usual process of overclocking with MSI Afterburner, GPU-Z and Furmark as the Catalyst Control Center limits certain speeds. Click hereto find our comprehensive guide on overclocking.

The card already includes a slight overclock when compared to reference speeds, but only by 15MHz on the GPU clock whilst the memory clock hasn’t been altered from its factory speed. We were able to increase over this amount to 991MHz on the GPU clock and to 1287MHz on the memory clock speed. This translates to a 8.3% GPU overclock and 22% memory overclock which leaves us wondering why they never pre-overclocked the memory in the first place as 15MHz hardly seems enough to warrant this card being part of the OC range.
