PackagingThe packaging for the 6870OC is typical of what we see from Gigabyte with a mechanical looking eye/vortex taking centre stage. The main features are listed below which include that it’s an OC version and has the WindForce series fans to give 29.6% lower temperatures.
The back of the box delves into the features a bit more including the usual technical information on Gigabyte using the very best components which aids in lowering the GPU temperature and increasing overclocking capability. The top of the box includes a barcode sticker which isn’t always relevant, but for this card it makes it clear of the model name as there are very similar models that Gigabyte produce.
