As you might expect, the Gigabyte RX 5500 XT performs broadly the same as the other two 5500 XT’s we’ve tested so far. That’s enough to keep it just ahead of the Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti in FireStrike Ultra, and the older PowerColor RX580 too. However, in TimeSpy and Unigine, the card was managing to keep pace with the much faster RX590, an old card, but it still has some brute force to it.
