Gigabyte will be releasing two thin mini-ITX motherboards this month with Intel H77 AND Intel B75 Chipsets: the GA-H77TN and GA-B75TN.
The boards comes with quad USB 3.0 ports, quad Serial ATA ports, dual SODIMM slots, an open-ended PCIe x4 slot and dual mini PCI Express slots which can accommodate an SSD and Wi-Fi controller. They also have DisplayPort and HDMI outputs on the rear IO.
The GA-H77TN uses two SATA 6Gbps ports (marked in orange) and the rest are SATA 3Gbps.
Gigabyte seem to be pitching these motherboards for point-of-sale systems which prefer small footprints. The same could be applied for automotive systems and similar uses. Gigabyte mentioned to the Tech Report that it will have add-on risers with COM ports and support for 12V and 19v DC inputs.
Though the board will still be available in retail and it will feature a UEFI interface.
